We are a small, dynamic human rights charity supporting vulnerable migrants to overcome the barriers they face to integrate, develop and thrive in the UK.

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organised Housing Coordinator to join our team and coordinate the delivery of our housing programme. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the development of an award-winning housing project providing a home to destitute migrant individuals and families with No Recourse to Public Funds.

The ideal candidate

You will have an acute understanding of the issues faced by refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants and their families. You will have to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders with the ability to facilitate meaningful participation and peer support. Bespoke packages of support will be offered to residents, ensuring a holistic, rights based approach.

The Housing Coordinator will be responsible for service delivery including managing referrals.
