Challenging the Narrative - one year on
Exactly one year ago, the inspiring members of our youth group Brighter Futures hosted ‘Challenging the Narrative’, an amazing event where they used poetry, art installations and panel discussions to challenge the narrow rhetoric on young migrants.
In their own words, they hosted the event “to make sure that as many people as possible could understand our situation, and hear from our own voices that we are phenomenal.”
To mark the one year anniversary from the event, we are now releasing exclusive recordings of their poetry and the panel discussion they hosted.
