We are delighted to announce that Minnie Rahman has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer at Praxis, following the retirement of Sally Daghlian OBE. Minnie will lead Praxis into its next phase, continuing to strengthen our services for migrants and develop our strategic advocacy plans so that we are speaking up for migrants rights.

Praxis celebrates 40 years of fighting for migrant rights! At our Annual General Meeting we came together to celebrate our history and look ahead to the future with a panel discussion on our hopes and priorities for a new Government.

That’s why we joined Reunite Families UK and Migrant Voice to hand in petitions to Rishi Sunak opposing these cruel plans signed by over 250,000 people.
We are excited to be launching a new research project aiming to better understand migrant parents’ access to early years education and childcare. This research is part of our Childcare For All campaign, which is calling for a childcare system that is truly universal and open to every family living in the UK, regardless of their immigration system.
